High quality management team, constantly learning and improving
Strong unit economics
Proven capability to select good locations for expansion
Ideally, the menu, experience and brand are on trend (but not trendy)
Management is interested in staying at the forefront of restaurant technology
Aligned on a reasonable pace of growth - never over extending the business or taking on too much risk
